A centrifugal fan consists of a casing, main shaft, impeller, bearing transmission mechanism, motor, and other components.
Casing: Constructed from steel plates, it is robust and reliable. It is available in two configurations—integral and semi-open—with the semi-open design facilitating maintenance and inspection.
Impeller: Composed of blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate.
Rotor: Must undergo both static and dynamic balancing to ensure smooth rotation and optimal performance.
Transmission Section: Consists of the main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, and a pulley (or coupling).
