The axial-flow ventilator is a common type of ventilation equipment, primarily designed for air exchange in general settings such as factories, warehouses, offices, and residences, or for enhancing heat dissipation from heating systems. If the casing is removed, it can function as a standalone fan; alternatively, multiple units can be installed in series at intervals within extended exhaust ducts to boost the air pressure within the pipeline. This axial-flow fan features a cylindrical hub structure and incorporates a redesigned motor, both of which serve to minimize flow losses. Consequently, the fan's efficiency has improved significantly: when calculated based on the full circular outlet area, efficiency reaches 77%; when calculated based on the annular outlet area, it rises to 89.5%. Furthermore, A-weighted noise levels have been reduced by 3.6 dB, and the structural strength at the blade roots has been reinforced to prevent blade fracture.
