Spiral ducts possess the following characteristics:
1. Smooth exterior appearance, free of zinc nodules or burrs, presenting a silvery-white finish;
2. Easy to install, with minimal connection points;
3. Low airflow resistance and minimal ventilation noise;
4. Excellent strength and rigidity;
5. Controllable coating thickness, selectable within the range of 5 to 107 μm;
6. Free from hydrogen embrittlement or thermal degradation; the mechanical properties of the material remain unchanged;
7. Capable of serving as a substitute for certain processes that typically require hot-dip galvanizing;
8. Excellent corrosion resistance, withstanding neutral salt spray testing for up to 240 hours;
9. Produced via the hot-dip galvanizing method, making them suitable for use in highly corrosive environments involving strong acids, alkaline mists, and similar substances;
10. Ducts of various specifications can be custom-designed and manufactured to meet specific client requirements.
