The ZP100 Series Silencer is a newly designed product developed based on the general design atlas T701-6, incorporating advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. It is a standard product featured in the national architectural standard design atlases, designated under standard number 97T710. The ZP100 Series Silencer is primarily utilized for noise control in various ventilation and air conditioning systems, effectively reducing aerodynamic noise. Its key features include a wide applicable airflow range, a comprehensive array of specifications, excellent compatibility with standard air ducts, high noise reduction performance, low airflow resistance, and resistance to fire, moisture, mold, and insects. It is particularly well-suited for noise attenuation in the ventilation and air conditioning systems of large public structures—such as broadcasting and television centers, theaters, hotels, and other high-rise buildings—and is also applicable to the ventilation systems of industrial facilities. The ZP100 Series Silencer features a rectangular, baffle-type structure constructed from galvanized steel sheets utilizing a lock-seam assembly method. The series comprises 49 distinct specifications, covering an airflow capacity range of 720 m³/h to 90,000 m³/h (with custom specifications available upon request). It offers a noise reduction rating of 15 dB(A) per meter and a pressure loss ranging from 14 to 55 Pa (at airflow velocities between 5 and 10 m/s). Each baffle in the ZP100 series has a thickness of 100 mm, and a single module measures 1000 mm in length; depending on the required noise reduction level and the specific on-site installation conditions, multiple silencer modules can be connected in series to form a combined unit. Measurements conducted by the Institute of Acoustics at Tongji University have verified that the product achieves a noise reduction level exceeding 15 dB, with a pressure loss ranging from 14 to 55 Pa.
