The ZG-series resistive tubular silencer is typically installed at the air inlet or outlet of a fan to reduce noise generated during operation. Classified as a resistive-type silencer, it is available in two configurations: circular and rectangular. The inner walls are constructed from perforated galvanized steel plates, while the interstitial space is packed with ultrafine glass wool to serve as the sound-absorbing medium, overlaid with a facing layer of glass fiber cloth. The perforated galvanized steel plates are designed to function as resistive sound-absorbing baffles. This product features low airflow resistance loss and excellent sound-absorption performance; for rectangular silencers with a cross-section of 630 × 630 mm or larger, additional resistive sound-absorbing baffles are incorporated as appropriate.
