The fire smoke extraction fan is characterized by energy efficiency, stable operation, low noise levels, high-temperature resistance, and a rational structural design. It is easy to install and supports vertical, horizontal, and suspended mounting configurations. The fan features a specialized motor cooling system utilizing an internal, air-cooled motor design. It employs aerodynamically designed blades (featuring forward-swept and forward-inclined profiles), resulting in noise levels that are 8–10 dB(A) lower—and power consumption that is 6% lower—than existing fire safety fans. The unit is capable of continuous operation for over 30 minutes when the air temperature in the main duct reaches 280°C, and it can operate continuously for extended periods at 150°C. This high-temperature fire smoke extraction fan is suitable not only for smoke extraction in various buildings during fire emergencies but also for general smoke and exhaust ventilation in a wide range of structures, civil defense facilities, subway systems, mines, and tunnels.
The fire smoke extraction fan promotes energy conservation and offers convenient installation; it can be connected directly to air ducts or mounted on walls, utilizing either vertical or horizontal mounting orientations. This design significantly minimizes the floor space required for installation.
The fan's performance is categorized into five distinct operating points based on airflow volume; selection should be guided by the provided performance tables. Fans shipped from the factory as certified products are verified to ensure that, at their rated airflow volume, the total pressure value deviates by no more than ±5%. The performance data presented in the selection tables is based on standard atmospheric conditions; consequently, all performance specifications—whether cited in technical documentation or stipulated in customer orders—are referenced against these standard conditions. Mounting options include horizontal and roof-mounted configurations.
