Mixed-Flow Fan Operating Conditions:
1. The extracted gas medium must not contain corrosive, flammable, or explosive gases.
2. The dust content in the extracted gas medium must not exceed 150 mg/m³.
3. The temperature of the extracted gas medium must range between -20°C and 60°C.
Mixed-Flow Fan Features: Compact Structure, Convenient Installation, and Reliable Operation: Under equivalent airflow and air pressure conditions, this fan is significantly more compact in volume than axial-flow fans. It can be connected directly to air ducts and installed either horizontally or vertically, offering exceptional operational convenience. 2. Low Noise: The fan casing features a specialized design that significantly reduces external noise emissions. Under specific operating conditions (per unit airflow and pressure), the A-weighted sound level can be reduced by 2–3 dB(A). Furthermore, the fan is capable of generating substantial air pressure even while operating at lower rotational speeds. In ventilation and exhaust systems for industrial facilities and civil buildings, this fan can serve as a direct replacement for low-pressure centrifugal fans or axial-flow fans without the need for extensive noise-reduction measures. 3. Wide Range of Applications: This product series is available in both single-speed and dual-speed models. Depending on the specific application requirements, the fan's installation angle, number of blades, and rotational speed can be adjusted to ensure optimal performance for various operational scenarios.
