The axial flow fan represents an improved design based on the 30-11 model. Compared to the standard 30-11 fan, it offers distinct advantages:
① More Rational Structure: The hub features a cylindrical design, which minimizes flow losses and ensures high structural strength at the blade roots.
② Significantly Enhanced Performance: The total pressure efficiency reaches 89.5%, while noise levels (specifically the A-weighted sound level) are reduced by 3.6 dB(A).
This series of fans is suitable for conveying non-explosive, non-corrosive gases that are free of significant dust particles. The ambient operating temperature must not exceed 60°C. These fans are widely utilized in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residential buildings for ventilation, air exchange, or forced heating dissipation. They can also be installed in series at intervals within long exhaust ducts to boost duct pressure; furthermore, by removing the casing, the unit can be used as a standalone free-standing fan.
The Anti-Corrosion Axial Flow Fan (Model FT35-11) is manufactured using corrosion-resistant materials and is equipped with an anti-corrosion motor. It is designed for conveying corrosive gases while preventing the generation of sparks. Upon user request, it can also be produced as an explosion-proof fan (utilizing a flameproof motor). The performance parameters and external dimensions of the FT35-11 and BT35-11 models are identical to those of the standard T35-11 model. (Please specify at the time of order if a single-phase motor is required, or if any other special motor configurations are requested.)
