Single-layer adjustable louvered grilles are commonly used in ductwork for both air supply and extraction purposes. Depending on specific requirements, they can be paired with a herringbone damper (a multi-blade opposed-action control valve) to regulate airflow volume, or fitted with an aluminum alloy filter for integrated use. The blades are available in two configurations—horizontal or vertical—and can be flexibly rotated either left-to-right or up-and-down to direct the airflow.
Typically installed on ductwork or side walls to serve as side-discharge supply grilles, the blades of the single-layer louver can be oriented either parallel to the longer dimension or parallel to the shorter dimension, depending on the client's specific requirements.
